the home where the attack happened. it was about a 1130. the fire department came out and try to assist the boy and that he was so badly injured that he was rushed to children's hospital. sources tell may that the alum meal mead the corners office is having jurisdiction over this case. we put the call into them that looks like they are supervising this and i've tried to get more information once they have released it. it does not look good. >> i had a chance to talk with some of the neighbors and in fact this family owns two pit bulls. the fired a permit told me that when the police came out they took away one of the dogs and we're still trying to work out as to what happened in this case and whether or not the pit bull was provoked. the union city

on the 100 block of frisbee. when they arrived here they discovered that multiple victims had been shot. they discovered that two people a man, and a woman were shot and were sent to the local hospital and the third victim was also a woman was pronounced dead at the scene. they believe that a vehicle may have been involved and obviously they're hoping that someone saw or heard something in this case and can relate information to them. in fact, they say if you have any information you should contact them immediately. this is the second shooting in the last week and vallejo. if anyone has information they are saying that you please contact the vallejo police department. >> four people, one from san mateo county and three from sacramento county are under
