the 76 stations on park boulevard. as you can see in the surveillance camera, the suspect ran they pick truck into the gas station, pull the atm out and loaded it into the truck. no one was injured and the thieves stole nothing else. the store owner said he has had minor break-ins in the past but nothing like this. the incident did not hinder the store owner from opening for business yesterday. the fbi is asking for the public's help in finding a fugitive who may be looking for a job as a software engineer and san francisco and san jose areas. authorities say bruce marshall is wanted for mail fraud. marshall is accused of creating a fake company in convincing a previous employer to hire its service. he then collect the

hernandez is home monday. the patriots tight and is also being sued in south floor by a man claiming hernandez shot him in the face after an argument at a strip club. santa barbara fire officials say they have contained a fire that's claimed 75- acres and endangered more than 500 homes. they say the fire was caused by welding crews in the area who did not have proper clearance. at one point the local utility building was threatened. it took 180 -people to help douse the flames, including 12 engines, three air tankers, and one helicopter. the wildfire burning not far from yosemite is still a problem this morning. cal- fire says it's 65- percent contained. the carstens fire has burned almost 17-hundred acres in mariposa county. investigators believe it was caused by an unattended campfire. only a few of the evacuation orders are still in effect, but a few dozen buildings are still threatened by the

nine hours this morning. police are still on scene investigating the shooting. many apartments were evacuated as police searched for the gunman. that demand has led the scene and is believed to be out of the area. >>darya: a bold atm thefts in oakland. oakland. has police searching for three suspects. the incident happened yesterday around 3-30 in the morning on the 76 station on park blvd. as you can see in this surveillance camera, the suspects rammed a pick truck into the gas stastion, pull the a=t=m out and loaded it into the truck.

no one was injured and the thieves stole nothing else. the store owner said he has had minor break-ins in the past, but nothing like this. the incident did not hinder the store owner from opening for business yesterday. >>james:san jose police are investigating the city's 25th homicide of the year. a teen boy who was found wednesday night suffering from gunshot wounds has died. 16-year-old manuel urzoua was found wednesday in the 16-hundred block of virginia avenue. he was taken to a local hospital where he died yesterday. police believe the shooting was gang-related but they don't have any suspects at the moment. anyone with information on the shooting is asked to call san jose police.
