are common along every half an hour. hundreds of people have chose to take the ferry today. manning decided to ride on the boats because they were unhappy from the service that they received earlier today taking the bus. i am hoping that it is better than taking ac transit which was horrible earlier today. we were waiting in lines for over an hour. a boss kept passing by without informing us of any notification. they were like, so late. only one showed up, i hope that this is a better experience. the ferries are being more successful today. they carried over 19,000 people.

progress. one of the three unions did agree to terms and is now back to work. but it was the smallest union of the three - representing about 200 workers. both the union and management representatives are negotiating right now. they have been back in the talks since one this afternoon. >> pam: kron-4's scott rates is live at the negotiation site in oakland. >> pam: and scott -- tell us the latest. >> reporter: just a few more moments ago sauce of view of the bart strike members going to that earlier today from 1:00 bart management team came back to the caltran building here in oakland starting negotiations until 3 in the morning last night. they had suitcases ready and ready to negotiate of course the union is asking for 4.5% annual of over three years to rid the state that they have not received a raise
