>> reporter: newsroom. the department of justice is releasing information about the shooting of a man linked to one of the boston bombing suspects. fbi agents in florida were questioning ibrahim todashev about his ties to tamarlan tsarnaev. the f-b-i says one of the agents shot todashev in self-defense after a violent confrontation during questioning. no other details have been released on todashev's death. a source close to investigators say todashev was involved in the murders of three people in massachusetts back in 2011. >> reporter:and back here in the bay area. a fire destroyed part of the richmond refinery for chevron says a new refinery to help regulate oil
