oakland store six days ago. kron4's terisa estacio is live in oakland. where the toddler's family spoke earlier today. terisa? >> reporter:this is a complicated case. with a lot of unanswered questions. at a news conference a short time ago. daphne's father did not attend. her mother was here, but she didn't speak and wouldn't say when she last saw her little girl. kron four news has learned, she is supposed to stay 100 yards away from the daphne because she was convicted of doing drugs with daphne in the car back in february. before speaking at the news conference, the group of family and friends joined hands for a prayer. there was about 2 dozen people in attendance. some held signs and large pictures of daphne.
