they stated that they received . the suspects fled from the scene and they tracked the car down. officials stated that a records check showed that the only was on searchable probation. they make contact and that is when a dog emerged from the basement and bit the officer in the leg. other officers shot and killed the dog. officer is now in the hospital with a not life-threatening injury. you can see officers are starting to now leave the scene and we are going to get an update shortly. a woman ran from inside as she stated that this was her dog that was shot and killed and that she is upset. she did not want to speak with us

we just received word that supervisors are going out here talking to the truck drivers to let them know that they're not open for business. there are no workers at the port oakland. they cannot unload or load the trucks. i wanted to know what does it have to do with the truck drivers because of they do not pick up they do not get paid. they stated that because of respect they're not going to get paid as well. >>'re all in this together. >> we will have to wait to see, i guess these truck drivers would just have to park their trucks and wait until tomorrow. >> the time is 6:04 a.m.. police in the east bay are on high alert as protesters took to the streets for a fourth straight night following the acquittal of george zimmerman.
