>> more charges could come this week for a 20 year old y-m-c-a worker accused of molesting at least four children under his care. nicholas lhermine of morgan hill appeared in court yesterday afternoon. he's accused of molesting at age from 5 to 17 years old. ler-min-a worked for the y- m-c-a in morgan hill for four years. police say in several cases, he was alone with the children and took photos of them after he violated them. y-m-c-a officials say that it is against policy to allow a worker to be alone >> there are multiple policies in place and we're going to evaluate where this happened. we have years of an impeccable history. for this type of crime to be committed is devastating. >> lermina was also a soccer coach for the y-m-c-a. his mother is an administrator for the facility.

>> former new england patriots tight end aaron hernandez will make another appearance in court today. a probable cause hearing for hernandez is scheduled this afternoon in attleboro district court. he has pleaded not guilty to murder in the death last month of odin lloyd. prosecutors say hernandez orchestrated lloyd's killing because he was upset at lloyd for talking to people hernandez had problems with at a nightclub a few days earlier. hernandez's lawyers say the case against him is circumstantial and he wants to clear his name. >> the father of slain florida teenager trayvon martin will be on capitol hill today for a hearing addressing the challenges faced by african-american boys and men. tracy martin will give the opening remarks at the first hearing of the newly formed congressional caucus on black men and boys. >> president obama is trying to refocus the public on the economy, arguing in a new series of economic speeches that building the middle nation's bottom line. the first of those speeches is today in galesburg, illinois.

morning. traders will be spending another day looking at corporate earnings reports. mixed earnings yesterday led to a mixed close for the markets. here's a look at those closing numbers. the dow jones rose 22 points. the nasdaq was off 21. and the s and p 500 fell three points. opening bell today at 6:30. >> apple's latest quarterly report confirm the iphone maker's growth has stalled.although the quarterly results did top wall st. expectations results were announced after the markets closed yesterday.and it showed that the tech giant has fallen for a second straight quarter. still, apple earned six- point-nine billion dollars in the quarter. but it was a 22 percent drop from last year. revenue totalled 35-point- big surprise was the number of iphones sold.over 31 million.although consumers have been buying olderphones apple hasn't released a breakthrough product since the ipad 3 years ago.

delays on bart we do have some good news. we spoke with a representative. they have been tracking a 10-15 minute delays between baypointe just outside of walnut creek station. they are moving that vehicle out of the way. even as we speak and once that is accomplished. these delays should work themselves out. that is your commute between bay point and walnut creek. and rockridge and give yourself some extra time. those 10-15 minutes delays could be longer for passengers. the disabled vehicle is still being a removed.
