you will notice of the overcast conditions. once we reached the afternoon that will be 13 degrees cooler. i will have a full of detail what to expect for the rest of the week coming up at 6:15 a.m.. >> in my last report i spoke about a stalled on the bay bridge. when i spoke with caltran they stated that it was clear but now it appears as though it may have stalled again out near the west then. let's take a quick look at the camera. this may be after the incident but you concede flashing lights in the left- hand corner of the screen. this may be that the right lane is still blocked we do see that they have slow the mailing lights down. will let you know as soon as we have more information.

>> we are falling the latest with a possible strike with a.c. transit. kron4 children taken by a man who >> another big story we're following. its not only bart that's facing a possible strike. as of tomorrow morning a-c transit bus service may come to a halt. >> right now if there is not a new contract figure out by tonight then 1600 bus operators will walk off the job. that means that there will be no ac transit service in the city. a hundred and 80,000 people in the bay area rely on the

transit system every day. they are speaking about raises and other issues. they want to and% by employees to their health care on a monthly basis. >> will be checking in with them and bring you the latest. line union leaders say they have yet to be contacted by a board of investigators appointed by governor jerry brown to intervene in the bart labor dispute. the order averted a midnight strike by the unions against bart last night. it's not clear if board members have met. union leaders say no negotiations have been scheduled. bart board president tom radulovich requested his intervenion.

the board will report its findings to the governor, who can then petition a court to call a 60-day "cooling off" period. >> a statewide amber alert has been issued for a pair of siblings who police believe were kidnapped by a man who allegedly killed their mother and burned down his home. it happened in san diego county. in the community of boulevard. 44-year-old christina anderson was found dead inside the burning home of a 40-year-old man. officers also discovered the remains of a child. these are pictures of the children missing this morning. hannah anderson is 16- years old, standing 5- feet 7- inches tall. she has a belly button ring, nose stud and pierced ears.

ethan anderson is 8-years old. standing 4 feet 11- inches tall. police say, they may have been kidnapped by this man. 40-year-old james dimaggio. he may be headed to canada or texas. dimaggio was last seen driving a blue nissan versa 4-door, with a california license plate. 6 -w- c- u- 9- 8- 6. >> new this morning out of san francisco, where fire crews battled a brush fire in the presidio. kron four's yoli aceves is at the scene which is near a cemetery, >> a it looks like they have this pretty much contained. i saw some of their engines leave and a few of them went back. here is video of the fire when it was raging. the main concern was that when they found out about the location it was within the perimeter of the

big rig is in the right-hand lane before the fremont off for him. again, the last word i received is that the brakes locked up in there were unable to successfully get it off the upper deck. it is starting to back things up for the second day in a row. in fact, take a look at the toll plaza shot. the meeting lights were activated early in the traffic is starting to back up on a 880 connector. this is no way near severe as what we saw yesterday. it is a snack for your morning commute. >> new this morning. a southern korean passenger jet overshot the landing strip at a japan airport. no one was injured in the incident. korean airlines flight 7-63 cannot come to a

halt quickly enough. it says that the boeing 737 came to rest with this fund half in a grassy area and there were no injuries. the incident is the second in a month involving a south korean airline. as you remember, back on july 6th, and asiana airlines flight crashed landed at sfo, killing three people and injuring dozens. >> the time is 6:12 a.m.. crews in south florida are working to repair a sinkhole. the driver of this toyota says that he was waiting at a stop sign when he felt his car seat. he tried to drive out but it was too late. the driver was able to get out of the car, and crews later pulled the vehicle out of the sinkhole.

>> welcome back. this is day two of a another problem on the upper deck of the bay bridge. this is not on fire but it is blocking a lane. it is a big snag and a hot spot. we first heard about this 20 minutes ago. the good news is that there were actually moving it off a bridge but then the brakes locked up. this is just before the fremont off a ramp on the right side of the upper deck. because of this, the maronites was slow down.metering lights were slowed

wild fire is burning in southern california. more than 200 firefighters are working on the blaze. the u.s. forest service says that the brush fire started in the cleveland national forest yesterday morning. evacuation orders are in place. >> three people have been killed in a shooting during a town hall meeting. ross ton ship, pennsylvania which is about 85 mi. north of philadelphia. police say, that the alleged gunman had an ongoing property dispute. witnesses say, that the suspect fired randomly until he was taken down by authorities. at least two people were hurt. police say more people could have been heard if others did not try to intervene.
