officers came to the scene, they found one person in the party bus trapped in his seat belt. that was the passenger. described as a latino man 37 to 38 years old out of san francisco. his name not being released at this time but they could not find the driver. they did find a person close to the scene for it a try to talk to that person. the person is refusing to cooperate with investigators at this point. minor injuries to that one particular person. speaking of the crash we had a chance to talk with the chp public information officer. i asked him whether alcohol played a role in the accident rate was set up for it >>: any. it does not appear that alcohol was a factor so we will have to wait for the

october. a judge signed off on governor jerry brown's request for a 60-day cooling-off period between bart and it's union members. the injunction by a superior court judge means that trains will roll unobstructed by the threat of a strike for at least the next 60 days while bart and union members continue to work to reach a contract agreement. bart and its labor unions say they want a tentative agreement, but both sides are tens of millions of dollars apart. bart presented a new offer yesterday, but there's still no contract. like last month, another bart strike will significantly disrupt public transportation.

city are investigating a fatal crash it happened on 280-- near alpine. and as kron four's will tran reports, the crash involved mammoth >>will: of the incident happened right behind me were uc car starting to turn the curve. this is video shop around for 30 this morning for it it took place around 1050 last night, two people and the party bus, the driver lost control. the nonskid or slam on the brakes. ran off the roadway on 280 north bound guarantee road exit. when off the roadway, fell down the embankment about 20 ft. below and when the chp officers arrived, they found passengers still inside the seat belt. he died at the scene for it if there were not able to locate the driver for it we got a chance to talk to the chp spokesman this morning for it here is what he had to say.
