businessman is accused of sexual abuse by his pregnant >> pam: wife. she says she was chained to a bed and assaulted with a golf club. >> pam: but as kron four's rob fladeboe reports now, theberg has come to an abrupt halt and may now be in jeopardy. >> reporter:in a bizarre development, the star witness in the case against san jose real estate mogul clyde berg apparently stormed out of the courtroom just as she was about to resume her testimony. 37-year-old elena berg is the wife of this man, 74- year-old clyde berg, show here in inside department 40 at the hall of justice. berg faces two felon counts: corporal punishment of a spouse and penetration of a foreign object.
