lineformer new england patriot aaron hernandez is set to be arraigned today on a first-degree murder charge following his indictment in the killing of a friend. hernandez last month in the death of 27-year-old odin lloyd-- who was dating the sister of hernandez's girlfriend. hernandez was arrested back in june and pleaded not guilt to murder and weapons charges. hernandez is currently being held in jail without bail. the arraignment is scheduled for 11 a-m our time. >> the wife of george zimmerman has filed for divorce less than two months after her husband was acquitted of murder in the death of teenager trayvon martin. shellie zimmerman pleaded guilty last month to perjury for lying about the couple's finances when the judge was setting bail for her husband. she said in an interview she needed to think about whether her marriage could survive the strain of the trial. we're getting a lot of comments on this story on our facebook page. please share your thoughts with us there.
