facebook shares closed at $45.50.05. state lawmakers are sending governor brown legislation that would expand california's prohibition against employers asking job candidates or employees for access to their social media accounts. the bill would add that public employees to the list of those barred from asking potential employees for their facebook, twitter, or other passwords. it expands on the legislation that governor brown signed last year. yahoo ceo marisa mayer says the internet company now has 800 million worldwide users. that's a 20 percent increase since she was lured away from google 51 to go to steer a turnaround. the gate is closed yesterday is the latest evidence of the progress yahoo is making under her leadership she says the figure for the 800

bill now heads to governor brown. a new study finds, having a positive attitude along with a healthy diet and exercise can pay off for those diagnosed with heart disease. the american heart association says that people with cardiac disease benefit more from working out when they take a positive attitude. the study in the eight dead space--aha's journal of circulation found patients with heart disease who were more positive were more likely to exercise more and liver longer, than those with more negative feelings. the five-year study found the most positive patients exercise more and had a 42% less chance of dying than those who had a negative attitude. it also discovered, patients with positive moves and to exercise cut their risk of heart is-judge part related

the developing story right now. police say they've caught a break in the case of the fatal shooting of alaysha carradine. the eight-year-old girl that was killed while sleeping over at a friend's home in oakland july 17th. kron four's will tran is live from oakland police headquarters with more details on the search, will? >>will: good morning. it will break in the case is they've been investigating for two months and now they have finally come up with a composite sketch. described as an african-american 70 year-old male. 17 to 24 years old. 160 lbs.. a slight build and a thin mustache. we know how hard it is to get to people in oakland to come forward but here is a picture of of the young girl. she was basically spending the night with her best friend and the diamond district and in a car that's-apartment

complex. the bay were expected to attend a modeling gigs the next morning. at 11:00 at night someone knocks on the door when three of the kids ran to open the door. multiple shots were fired. she was rushed to hospital where she later died. her other friend who was shot and grandmother both survived. it was so graphic and so violent that the grandmother ran out into the middle of the st bloody screaming and crying for help. because of what happened, witnesses helped out and that's why the family is encouraged right now. they're telling people to please do as much as you can and they have a personal message for the shooter. >> turn yourself and. do what is right. that's all that we ask is that you do what is right. that's not going to bring the baby back but at least we will have some peace. >>will: if that doesn't help out. there also offering a

the pleasanton case. in san >>james: a former skyline high school track star -- is accused of wearing a star wars "stormtrooper" mask. to rob a bank multiple times in oakland. noah blue was charged with the crimes earlier this week. blue is accused of robbing this bank of the west in the montclair district three times in july and august. and, attempted a fourth robbery there last week. oakland police say he also attempted to rob a chase bank on international boulevard. before he was caught and arrested. police found a star wars stormtrooper mask in his possession. allegedly the mask he used during the robberies.

sever flash flooding has killed at least one person and prompted evacuations for others in boulder colorado this morning. take a look at video coming in this morning. on the left you can see the rain coming down as streets flood, and emergency crews assist residents. on the right is video of flooding at the university of boulder colorado. the campus has been closed today because of the sever flooding.

george zimmerman case has been fired. the volusia county medical examiner's office in florida said on wednesday that shiping bao was let go last week. bao performed trayvon martin's autopsy. the m-e's office gave the media a copy of bao's termination letter, but didn't specify a reason for the dismissal. the letter says he was given the choice of resigning and when he didn't he was terminated.
