and dumping their bodies in rural areas. it took the jury only a matter of hours to recommend that naso be put to death. the district attorney says that's because the evidence against him was so strong. nextel has not admitted to any of those crimes. the judge will have the final say. sentencing will be held at the superior court in marin county on friday. a former morgan hill ymca employee is now facing five charges on its child sexual abuse. the charges against nicholas lhermine include a tax on a seven year-old girl and a three and a half year-old girl. the alleged attacks happened while he worked at a ymca child care program this past summer.

welcome back to the kron4 morning news. convicted serial killer joseph naso gets the death penalty from a marin county superior court and jury. 79 year old

boy was convicted in august of murdering four women between 1977 and 1994. in dumping their bodies general areas. it took the jury only a matter of hours to recommended that naso be put to death. the district attorney says that's because the evidence against him was so strong. nassau has not admitted to any of the crimes. the judge will have the final say. sentencing will be held at the supreme court and rep county on friday. >>darya: taking a look at
