rain from hurricane manuel continues to be an issue for emergency crews who are working to rescue those who have been evacuated. hurricane manuel devastated mexico's pacific coast over the weekend then regained strength yesterday afternoon. the death toll is now at 80. and >> the evacuations are still in progress and waterlog portions of northern colorado. the deadly floods have claimed six lives and left hundreds of accounted for. a military liaison for the colorado national guard gave a tally of the people that or rescued in boulder. police 17 counties have been affected from about 300 people on the one accounted list. state emergency officials believe that most of those people are likely alive and well, but have not checked in with the authorities. >> the time is 6:16 a.m..
