men and they have also talked to witnesses for them to shed some light on this problem. they are hoping that the people they have detained can tell them the motive behind this murder. it happened on third and perry. right out of the road from at&t park. we have reached out to the police chief. as soon as we find out more information will lecher know. >> that is the breaking news that we have found out that the man that died was when a doctor's head at the time. >> i was wondering just how close this person was and how close to the end of the game that this was. >> the game is usually in about 10:00 p.m. or 10:30 p.m.. they're trying to find

shooting. he's been arrested for the death of san francisco state student justin valdez. valdez was killed monday night as he was leaving a muni train at randolph and bright streets. just one mile away from san francisco state. his classmates are now speaking to kron four. >> i can't even am express the emotion, all the hard work that he put then every day in just a and, this is just tragic. i send all my love to his family. i am praying for them. >> i am just shocked. it just makes no sense. this is just a wasted life. >> they tell us, valdez was very nice and approachable. valdez-- originally from southern california, was a member of the university's men's club water polo team. he was also member of an on- campus club called -- eco students. valdez was known for having a passion for solving

environmental issues. >> pleasanton police are narrowing their search for the person or persons responsible for beating a pleasanton man outside his home this past weekend. kron four's mike pelton is live in pleasanton at police headquarters with an update, mike? >> police have identified for people who visit was present when this attack took place on saturday. three of them are juveniles here from pleasanton. there is an 18 year-old involved who do not live in this area. the 18 year-old is a person of interest but not a suspect. authorities stated that the other three are witnesses to the incident and that they attend a high school nearby. they're not releasing any more information about the four people but stated that they are cooperating. this comes after pleasanton resident was beaten after police say that he approached a group of people who were making
