san francisco police chief greg suhr says 21 year old michael montgomery from lodi has been arrested in connection with the crime. police are still looking for two additional suspects. and friends and family of the victim are grieving their loss. this is the last photograph taken of 24-year-old jonathan denver. the picture was taken right before he was murdered. his friends describe denver as a loving person. who would do anything for anyone, and always made others laugh. denver worked as a plumbers' apprentice in mendocino county. he is described by his co- workers as "hardworking" and a nice.but a quiet guy. a candle light vigil was held for the san francisco state student who was murdered as he got off a muni train monday night.

kron four's jeff bush spoke with friends and family of justin valdez. who remembered him as a kind person, with a passion for saving the environment. prosecutors filed four felony charges of unlawful sex with a minor against santa clara high school teacher and track coach hugo cortes guzman. guzman appeared at his arraignment at the hall of justice in san jose, where a s judge ordered him held on $250,000 bail. court documents show that the 17-year-old female victim had been a student in one of guzman's classes. guzman taught algebra, ap statistics and avid, a class for

surgeon david alan be based in london is the founder of the focus clinic. he says there's been a 35% increase in the number of people with advancing myopia are commonly known as shortsightedness. he believes the problem can increase by 50% in the next 10 years. he estimates 50 percent of third year-old could have the problem by 2033 due to smart phones. shortsightedness is something most people suffer from eventually caused by years of focusing on things that are close by like computers, phones, reading our people you're talking to. children as young as seven years old and now have smart phones and they are glued to them for hours at a time and that's on top of their usual activities like reading and computer work. to make oars and research shows the average market on user only hope there from 80
