1/2 little girl and her father. crews had to cut through a security gate to access the building. most of the fire was detained at the bottom floor. the father was on the bottom floor and died. the sagchild was upstairs with a grandfather and was rushed to the hospital but was pronounced dead. the grandfather-- >> there were flames and significant heat and smoke. there was heavy smoke on the third floor. >> the fire crews stated that the child's mother was the fourth person inside, but she managed to get out.
