game is making an emotional cries for help. they handed out fliers during yesterday's game, asking anyone who may have been in the area to come forward. the family is speaking out after 21 year-old michael montgomery was not charge for wednesday's incident. michael's father told local papers, the lodi new is sentinel, that his son acted in self-defense after jonathan and his friends started swinging chairs and jumped him. john of the father who was at the game with his son had this to say. >> more than once that night job and told me how much he loved me. >> police say there were to alter cases before the two groups after the dodgers-a giants game that day-that's one by a bar, and the other while jonathan was on his way to his car. police said
