an undercover new york police detective accused of taking part in a biker assault on a motorist is scheduled to be arraigned in court today. among the group of bikers connected to this video were at least two members of law enforcement -- undercover and off-duty. one of them, 32-year-old n- y-p-d detective wojciech braszczok now faces felony
