agreement including economics. realize economics is done. we sat here and listened. the union is to move on pension and health care. so we did it prince not the last minute they're changing it up and giving us sfax. we appreciate that but not yet to take this so they will immediately answer or agree to enter interspace arbitration of their remaining land issues that we sort of broke off and the end. we would be willing to take that package back to vote to our membership stop the strike and go back to bart. >>james: we want to get too caught up as we follow the latest with bart. here the negotiations are going under way but we understand you must go to work today. we want to tell you the other ways you can get around without bart service. bart will be running freak ltd. first-come first-served

you can catch the free bus el cerrito del norte west oakland lafayette, concord walnut creek, dublin/ pleasanton ,hayward fremont and san leandro the buses will take people near the san francisco transbay terminial on howard street between fremont and beale. east bay busses leave from 5 am to 8 am. the return trips go from 3 - 7 pm.san francisco back to the east bay bart stations. there will be 5 to 15 buses at each station. parking at the bart stations is also free. and sf bay ferry will put out all available vessels. the special schedule will have departures every 45 minutes. the oakland to sf ferry building ride begins at 5:30am. for the evening commute. boats will start departing sf at 3:15. sf bay ferry is expecting extra riders and will have off boat ticket sales.

firefighters in east palo alto are battling a three alarm house fire. this happened around 2:00 a.m. this morning at home on lotus way near wisteria drive. that is closed to the san francisco creek. so far, no injuries have been reported. the caused the fire is under investigation. >> in redwood city, fire officials now believe that the absence of sprinklers at an apartment complex that went up in flames was a factor in how quickly the fire spread. the fire started just after 5:00 a.m. yesterday morning at the terrace apartments on woodside road. it took crews about four hours to contain the blaze. for residents were hospitalized but they are expected to be okay. the most damage happen the fourth floor of the 75 unit building that is where the fire likely started. the building did not have
