>> welcome back. i want to quickly give you an update of some other headlines. firefighters in east palo alto are battling a three alarm house fire. the fire was reported around 2:00 a.m. this morning and home on lotus way near wisteria drive. this is close to the san francisco creek. so far, no injuries have been

reported. in redwood city, fire officials believe that the absence of sprinklers had an apartment complex that would of been flames was a factor in how quickly the fire spread. the fire started just after 5:00 a.m. yesterday morning at the terrace apartments on woodside road. for residents were hospitalized but they're expected to be okay. the most damage happened on the fourth floor. the building did not have sprinklers because it predates a 1989 law. the fire caused $3.5 million in damage. >> oakland police have arrested this man, and randy alana is a prime suspect in the disappearance and death of eight federal investigator, sandra coke. he has been booked on suspicion of murder, a vehicle theft and grand theft charges. he was jailed
