hundreds of community members showed up last night to mourn and protest there is a march and rally scheduled at noon today. supporters will walk from city hall to the sheriff's department in santa rosa. santa rosa police have released a timeline of the

confrontation between deputies and the teen. here's their version of events. at 3:14 and 15 seconds in the afternoon, sonoma county sheriff's deputies created an incident report on lopez. just four seconds later, they called for emergency

assistance. six seconds after that, deputies report shots were fired. and sixteen seconds later, medical workers were sent to the scene. all of this -- happening in only 26 seconds.

sonoma county sheriff's officials say eight shots were fired within 10 seconds. he was carrying what looked like an ak-47, but it turned out to be a replica. officers feared for their lives prompting them to shoot cruz. san francisco general hospital is releasing more information the family of lynne spalding, the woman

whose body was found in the stairwell in the hospital. the family spokesperson david perry says the hospital tell him that four days before spalding's body was discovered in a stairwell. a man wearing some sort of badge notified at least one senior hospital staff member that he had just come across a body. the sheriff department and the hospital is looking into

who this man is. also the hospital is still trying to figure out why it took four more days after the initial discovery for spalding's body to turn up. the family of lynne spalding -- the woman whose body was found in a stairwell at s.f. general. says the hospital is clarifying what happened that day. speaking on behalf of lynne spalding's family. just hours after spalding's body was creamated. david perry says san francisco general hospital tells him that four days before saplding's body was discovered in a stairwell.

chism allegeldy followed the 24-year-old teacher into a bathroom where she was beaten and killed with a box cutter. chism then allegedly dumped ritzer's body in the woods.before changing clothes and going to a local wendy's. chism is being held without bond.and according to massachusetts law.will likely be tried as an adult in the case.

one of the young victims in the sparks middle school shooting talked for the first time today to cnn. a 12-year old student shot and killed teacher mike landsberry on monday on the school's campus. the student also shot and

wounded two other students. 12-year old mason was one of those victims. mason says he was shot in the abdomen when he was trying to help landsberry. he says the shooting has given him a new perspective

on guns. the other wounded student is in stable condition with non-life threatening wounds. authorities haven't said why they believe the boy opened fire. game two of the world series uz)ñ

came back in september 2008 when tolls increased $1. part of that economic plan was to consider another toll increases above the third thing which is exactly what they are doing. fifth of war begins to outline a new economic plan that would discuss a lot of this today. a by november they could establish a time line for a public our reach. a public hearing could take place and february before the board reaches a decision and a possible toll increase could come as early as next april. the board also looked at other options including using technology to increase efficiency or an increase in advertising from the bridge. however officials indicate that a $1 to increase could help significantly reduce the projected deficit. although since the average switched. a representative set possibly they could consider raising the toll by 50¢. it still would not require any change. shares
