walnut creek this morning. we are looking at another cooler day today. >> we started the last hour of what was reported to be a minor accident. according to chp there were two separate minor accidents. it took them a while to clear and it has backed up traffic beyond the split. this is closer to carlos some boulevard. the drive time was just 15 to 20 minutes is now clot that 17 minutes. it is now coming in at 25 minutes. >> san palo alto is already jammed up. it is a 25 minutes commute time and that is what you can expect during the peak of the commute. all that means that the bay bridge is a pretty light and easy ride though this may change.

teen days after she was reported missing. police say that a man with a hospital id told a another staffer about it, but then disappeared. investigators have not been able to identify him. kron4 scott rates has more. >> investigators stated that this man saw someone and reported it to another person spread this happening back on october 4th just before 7:30 a.m.. the information was reported to the sheriff's department and in four days before she was found dead. right now it is on a clear whether not he worked at the hospital. we reached out to is spokesperson and she stated that she is happy that there is a wider net and that her staff is helping. >> the witness is described

>> residents of the six alarm fire at an apartment complex in redwood city two weeks ago are getting some help. dozens of people lost their homes.witnesses say people were screaming and running through hallways trying to get out. back in july another six- alarm fire happened just a mile away. and that fire displaced a hundred people and killed one person. one resident who survived both fires has a very positive outlook for the future. >> i think it is the only way to mauve ford is to be strong and not to be depressed. you have to think positive about your future. i believe that my future is

want to be great. obviously, i will never forget this but i hope that i will be able to move on. >> during the meeting last night, residents were given information on when they will be able to return to their apartments to retrieve what is left of their belongings. >> police are hoping to identify four people who might be connected to a shooting at a campbell nightclub over the weekend. this surveillance video from "the spot" night club shows someone walking behind the man in a cowboy hat. then you see another man walk into the club. and in a couple of seconds -- a man and woman walk through the door. the incident began around 2 am - when an employee asked a group of men to turn down their music in the parking lot. that's when one of the men reportedly shot the nightclub employee. police say the group ran off -- and they have not been arrested. the employee was taken to to survive.
