>> catherine: kron four's rob fladeboe talked to parents - and has the latest on the investigation. >> reporter:samantha grant, among other parents here at the p.a. walsh child development center, was stunned that a caregiver here is accused of being drunk at 8 o'clock in the morning. >> i am shocked i am very shot shocked! >> reporter:morgan hill police were back at the facility here on peak avenue again on tuesday trying to find out more about this woman, 58-year-old anna marie lopez, who was arrested monday morning when parents dropping off their kids found her unresponsive and fumbling with the keys to the building. >> reporter:police are now looking into whether lopez may have had other such incidents ts in the past. she has worked here for ten years. her blood-alcohol level awaits the results of toxicology tests but police

>> catherine: the bay bridge troll. a metal creature that was mounted on the old span of the bay bridge has now been moved to a new home.

shoop used a rifle modified to look like an ak 47, but did not hit anyone. >>he had plenty of opportunities to shoot people, there were witnesses within 5 feet from him, but he chose not to. instead he just hit random targets, as he came in, a couple just fired right up to the ceiling." >> reporter:many of the shoppers fled the mall, but about 400-people were left inside. they huddled in stores, as the building went on lockdown. >>everybody was scared, everybody was panicked so we took everybody. we went into the back of the store we locked ourselves in with 14 people including me. >> reporter:the swat team moved in. scouring the sprawling shopping center looking for the gunman. hours later, police found the 20-year-old's body. the bergen county prosecutor says he shot himself in the head. >>he does have a history of drug use and drug abuse but we do believe that the main motive for what he did tonight was suicide. >> reporter:witnesses say this man was dressed in all black and wearing a black

motorcycle helmet. authorities believe he did not have any type of mental illness but they do say he has a history of drug abuse. reporting in paramus, nj, i'm chris welch a t-s-a officer wounded in >> catherine: last friday's shooting at l-a-x says he was focused on helping others. >>"i was shot in the foot. after i was shot, i got to the area where the planes were at. people were coming towards me and asking me 'did you get shot? what's going on?' all i could think about was helping them, like 'i may be injured right now, but the concern is to take care of you." >> catherine: that's 36- year-old tony grigsby. he was shot twice in the foot while trying to help an elderly man. his co-worker, gerardo hernandez, was killed in the attack. another t-s-a worker was injured and is in good condition. >> catherine: a fourth person, shot in the leg, says he crawled for his life and used a sweatshirt as a tourniquet to stop the

bleeding. the gunman - 23- year-old paul ciancia was shot by airport police and is in critical conditionl he had a handwritten note in a bag saying he wanted to kill tsa officers. see that >> catherine: a miami dolphins player has been suspended for reportedly harassing a teammate. that teammate -- jonathan martin -- has left the team. >> catherine: and we're learning more about what led up to his departure. stories... >> reporter: this is miami dolphin richie incognito from a team promo. >>"on the field, players call me overly aggressive." >> reporter:now, it may be that incognito was not only overly aggressive on the field but off it as well,
