cross. and right now dozens of families in newark are lining up ready to receive a free meal, all this put on by the mike pelson is standing by where that line is growing by the minute. >> good morning. it is getting underway a few dozen people are lined up. that is just starting to move so families can collect their food. this is put on by the organization and they are partnered with churches to hand out turkies a full meal with all the fixings. organizers say they have 700 meals to get out. they can get a check up or health screening. organizers hope it gives people in the community a nice meal they could not afford. it comes with corn, beans, stuffing and a turkey. those with the non-frost expect

compares to the past years. this is the second time they did it. they were not able to do it last year. but they gave out 400 meals. that was with no promotion. they have 700 meals. there is a lot of need, people are struggling. and more people are staying close to home. 5million will travel 50 miles or more over the four day weekend. and that's a decrease compared to last year. it pertains to people flying or climbing. those traveling by boat or train is up. and those planning to travel by train is down. developing news for you this morning a woman was

stabbed at a hotel. it was at the embassy suites around 5:30 on friday evening. a 30 year old woman was suffering from stab wounds on the third floor. they say the crime happened on the ninth floor that's wherer room was. they are not used to the violent crime. >> it is rare for this area. the hotel was surprising, we don't get crimes. he believe the suspect and the victim were acquaintances and we don't think it was random. >> and they are she is being treated for serious wounds. she cannot speak and they are hoping she will get more information that will lead to an arrest. the search for a gunman after the victim was found of a shooting. and it is in the capital park

that's near bambi lane and peter pan avenue. the victim is a man between 18 and 20 years of age. and they are boating the circumstances around the homicide but no suspects are in custody. and there were 46. and coming up a agreement between the u.s. and iran is causing controversy around the world. that's next.

and we do have rain in the forecast. thursday. a rainy day. heavier in the south bay, get up to a half inch. saturday a little bit warmer. the u.s. and iran met in high level face to face talks. and three times in the past year. it is a high stake gamble by the administration that has led to the deal aimed at slowing the nuclear program. and we have more to talk about this. michael the u.s. and european allies will say this is safer especially israel, israel is saying wait a minute not so fast we don't trust you. >> it will make it safer a bit. and what they are doing they have created a testing period between themselves and iran to see if the things they want them to do will happen. and if it does happen, most

agree this will essentially take the nuclear clock back from iran from about 1 month to produce a nuclear bomb to 5 to 6 months. that's important for countries like the u.s. and israel, if they get word that they're taking that and starting to enrich it and turn it into a bomb, having five months is better than 30 days. >> how do you verify what they had or not doing. >> what they are dock. they will have inspectors. one of the things they will do is they will take the stockpile of enriched uranium. 80% of the weight and it is a weird thing but it is. will convert that.

napa is contained. it turned 200 acres. it prompted 50 evacuations. the cause is unknown at this time. part of a building collapse in the neighborhood on saturday. crews were called to the corner of geary and jones. crews were working on the building when it started to fall apart. officials say that it was because of a piece of scaffolding that fell in the building. and it knocked down a wall and it went went it. no pedestrians were hurt in the incident but officials say that people are frequently walking past that area. >> and the street is blocked off and a lot of foot traffic. we're lucky nobody was walking through there. >> the crews made sure nobody was trapped in the building before they left. they cleaned up the scene.
