what sasha is thankful for this holiday. >> reporter: so much to be thankful for. sasha thankful to be home and for all the support and love. sasha who doesn't identify as male or female remembers very clearly waking up to see flames. sasha now wears bandages around both legs to cover the second and third degree burns after three surgeries, it hurts a little bit to walk. sasha will eventually have to wear compression leggings. messages of love and support with covering the falls -- the walls of the home. this 16-year-old told people he did it because he's homephobic.
