firefighters are on the scene of vote mobile home fire. your pictures of the blaze provided by the san jose fire department. the mobile home is located on the 5400 block of monterey road. the fire broke out from 2:00 a.m. this morning. so far, there are no reports of injuries and no word yet on the calls. >> pleasanton police are searching for a 13 year-old girl who was last seen on sunday. kron4 mike pelton is live a pleasanton police headquarters. >> police stated as she left her home voluntarily and this is considered at risk because she's only 13. here is a picture of her. she goes to pleasanton the middle school and has not been seen since early sunday. her family stated that a neighbor saw her get into a car with three men.

authority say that no one has seen her since she left. she has not been active on social media sites. her family is very upset and her brother has this plea. >> i miss her. i love her. i want her to come back. this is not a game anymore. i am used to waking up seen her. >> pleasanton police are treating this as a missing persons case and they are calling her at risk because she's only 13. the police told me that they have received numerous tips about her whereabouts and they're want to follow-up on those.

looking at the potential of possible breaking records. some spots have not been this cold since 1936. some of us have not experienced this cold weather before. upper 40's, low 50's for richmond. 50s for san francisco and upper 40's for livermore. we will continue to see very frigid morning. the national weather center is on to extend the freeze morninmorning until friday morning as we take a look at what is on tap for tomorrow, perhaps the coldest day, livermore will drop down to 23 degrees. we will drop below freezing in san jose.

to surveillance a video is being released of a possible suspect responsible for taking it to cats from his owner and throwing them in the bay. the incident happened san francisco last week near pier 14. officials say that a woman was caring her two adult cats in a carrier when the suspect grabbed them. most of the cats and died in the incident. the suspect is seeing the video is described as a white man standing about 6 ft. tall. he is facing animal cruelty charges. >> new reports are saying that the engineer of the new york city commuter train that derailed sunday was nodding off into a sleep just before the wreck. that

accident killed four people and injured 63 others. engineer william rockefeller suggested by the time he caught himself dozing off it was too late. the train was traveling nearly three times over the speed limit. >> the un nuclear agency says that a truck that was carrying an extremely dangerous radioactive substances has been stolen. the international atomic energy agency says that the truck had cobalt-60, used in cancer radiation treatments. the truck was stolen money outside of mexico city while taking the material to a waste storage center. mexican authorities are
