are on the scene of a four alarm fire in concord. the fire is burning near stanwell drive and that's where we find kron four's jackie sissel who is live on the scene with more, jackie? >> this is a stubborn fire and just a few minutes ago it was isolated and you can see there are still pockets that are building perry ed we consider another hot spot the the the started up. this has been burning for about 5 1/2 hours. here is video from earlier today. this is how intense that this fire was. they stated that they received a call about 1230 this morning and when they arrived they stated that this company is a phone company and they put in

commercial phone systems. off they stated that the materials that they have stored there are said to be recycled and they have a lot electronics here. almost immediately they stated that went to four alarms and that they had about 70 firemen out here fighting this. at 1.1 part of the building had collapsed. they're taking a defensive stand and i had a chance to talk to the public information officer he talked about how they're fighting this fire in the fact that it is bringing out a lot of black smoke that is hazardous. >> it has been defense of because of how far it goes. there are portions of this building that was collapsed. it is just not safe. there is not allowed residential
