>> reporter: a 711 which is the site of the only murder in 2002. and police believe they have cracked that case. all four people accused of robbery of a 2012 killing of the seven eleven store clerk. 19 year old jerry camille, warner travis, dale mann on strict, bianca barrow >> reporter: albee and charged as adults now although they were teen measures at the side at the time of the crime.

nisbet coached hundreds of kids and teens raising officials fears that there are still more potential victims. nisbet was arrested last week and will be back in court mid january to enter a plea. >> pam: the cotton ball bandit has been caught! the f-b-i confirmed today that the bank robbery suspect shot by police after a chase is the wanted serial robber. >> pam: wednesday morning the suspect robbed a novato bank of the west before he was caught. however he is also believed to be behind several other bank robberies throughout the northbay. >> pam: a bank heist and police chase ends with shots fired at a north bay shopping mall. the suspect is now under arrest and in the hospital recovering from surgery. the robbery happened yesterday morning at a novato bank of the west.

this is vidoe from out helicopter partnership with abc 7 news. police say the suspect gave the teller a note and asking for cash. then fled in a sliver saturn. the suspect lead authorities ended here. when the driver crashed into a pole by the northgate shopping center. >> reporter:and the suspect took off running. >> reporter:a wild high speed chase. you may have seen it or heard it last night in the east bay. >> reporter:it started as a traffic stop around 7 o clock last night near marsh elementary school in antioch. >> reporter:during the stop, the driver fled, hitting an officer. the officer was not injured. >> reporter:spike strips were thrown down. and you can see the suspect driving on the rims. he led police on a high speed chase through antioch, pittsburg, bay point and concord for more than an hour. going up to 100 miles an hour. >> reporter:the vehicle was finally disabled near the intersection of "g" street and longview road. the 36-year-old suspect from antioch tried to escape on foot but was caught a short time later. he was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon on a police officer and felony evasion.

>> pam: an elderly man was killed today after being hit by a van walking towards a popular marin county farmer's market. the accident happening just before 10 am at civic center drive in san rafael. here you can see the plumber's van that police say struck the victim. the driver did stop and is cooperating with investigators. >> pam: there is only one crosswalk at the intersection. police are still trying to determine if that's where the pedestrian was walking at the time of the crash. >> pam: this was the scene in livermore early this morning after a big rig caught fire after an accident on interstate 80. several vehicles involved in that crash. >> pam: c-h-p says that all four lanes of the highway were shutdown but were reopened two hours after the fire first broke out.the cause of that crash still under investigation tonight. >> pam: p-g-and-e reports it has now restored natural gas service to all of the homes affected by tuesday's pipeline explosion. the problem was a broken 4-inch
