13th. newly released video of the s-f-o crash of asiana flight 2-1-4. this time the pictures are from the perspective of the air traffic control tower. bart management and its two largest unions will continue contract talks today. we'll have an update on the negotiations. bart management and its two largest unions will continue contract talks today. they started negotiations yesterday over one clause in the labor contract. that is causing a major snag. the unions have already voted to ratify the contract, but bart management says the paid family leave act was included in the contract by mistake. the talks yesterday were the first formal negotiations since october 21st. a federal mediator is participating. talks resume this morning between bart and union leaders. kron four's will tran is following this story today. we have newly released video that shows the crash of asiana flight 2-14. this time, the video shows the perspective from the control tower at s-f-o. you can see the plane coming in on approach. then, it

hits the seawall and almost jumps onto the runway. the momentum of the crash sends the plane spinning in the air, before finally resting off the runway. the plane was found to be too low on approach. the pilot disconnected the autopilot, and set off the chain reaction that ended up killing three people and injuring 180 more. the n-t-s-b has wrapped up its public hearing into the crash. and that hearing provided new and sobering details into what happened. here are some of those findings. investigators determined the flight came in too low and too slow investigators also revealed the pilots were deeply concerned before landing and relied too heavily on automated control systems. the pilot flying told investigators that he was uncomfortable landing visually without an instrument approach to guide him. and acknowledged he didn't completely understand the boeing 777's automated flight system. we also now know two rescue fire trucks ran over a 16- year old passenger. as she lay covered in foam. the milpitas police department has announced a major break. in the

investigation into the city's only homicide of 2012. investigators say they have charged four people with murder and robbery in connection with the september 2012 killing of a 7-11 store clerk moe sadeghzadeh. the suspects names are jerry coneal, warner travis, delmon armstead,and bianca barrow. all four suspects were arrested earlier this month. even though the 4 suspects were teenagers at the time of the crime, they are all being charged as adults. milpitas's police chief says he hopes the arrests will bring a sigh of relief to the community. the milpitas police department has announced a major break. in the investigation into the city's only homicide of 2012. kron 4's charles clifford is in the south bay today with details. milpitas police have charged four people with murder and robbery in connection with the september 2012 killing of 7-11 store clerk moe sadeghzadeh.

the first suspect is 19 year old jerry coneal, who is being held in san mateo county on separate charges. the second suspect is 19 year old warner travis, who is a resident of las vegas nevada, he was arrested in menlo park on december 6th. the third suspect is 19 year old delmon armstead, he was arrested in a santa clara hotel room on december 6th. the fourth suspect is 20 year old bianca barrow, she is from menlo park and was arrested in menlo park on december 9th. even though the 4 suspects were teenagers at the time of the crime, they are all being charged as adults. milpitas's police chief says he hopes the arrests will bring a sigh of relief to the community. the police chief wouldn't say what information led them to the suspect. he did say that only three enter the store on the day of the robber, but four would be charged with murder. in milpitas, charles clifford kron 4 news. the police chief wouldn't say what information led

in south africa today, tens of thousands of mourners are waiting in line to view the body of nelson mandela which is lying in state for the third and final day. government officials say some 50-thousand people have gathered in pretoria to pay their respects to the former south african president. the line to see mandela is several miles long.

mandela died december 5th at the age of 95. his body will be flown to his rural hometown of qunu for a state funeral service and burial on sunday. an apology today from government officials in south africa about the sign language interpreter who didn't make any sense during nelson mandela's memorial on tuesday. the country's arts and culture prime minister says reforms must be implemented to ensure an incident like this won't happen again. it's the highest-ranking apology yet from the government, which refuses to say who was responsible for hiring the interpreter for the event. the interpreter says he was hallucinating during the memorial and hearing voices. north korea says it has executed kim jong un's uncle as a traitor for trying to seize supreme power. jang song thaek was

denver police say at least three people were stabbed in a stadium parking lot after the broncos game last night. this a fourth person may have been stabbed but that person left the scene. police have several people in custody, but so far none of them have been charged. police say one of the victims was initially in critical condition but all are conscious and talking.

bolts almost derailed the grand opening of the new span over the labor day weekend. crew are working to install the new steel saddle which will secure the new span and make it safe in an earthquake. installation was supposed to be done this month, but is taking longer than expected. the permanent fix that makes the new span of the bay bridge safe in an earthquake. is not finished yet. you may remember, broken bolts almost derailed the grand opening of the new span over the labor day weekend crews are working right now. to make the final repairs and complete the 6- point-5 billion dollar project. livermore yesterday.

so far, two suspects have been taken into custody in seattle. they accused of taking up to 650-thousand dollars worth of wine at a store last month. the pair allegedly cut gas lines at the store to try and start a fire after taking the wine. now, investigators want to know if this is connected to a theft at fine wines international in san francisco back in march. in that burglary, tens of thousands of dollars worth of wine was stolen. whatoes at first spooul tte le? ok. hoy bunches oats. ching! mmmm! mmmm! mm!

an indiana homeowner is taking christmas decorating to the next level. he has more than 52 thousand lights. hundreds of themed displays. and 86 christmas trees. all *inside his house. since 2002, the display grows every year. the entire setup takes about four weeks to complete and the public is welcome to come take a look. no cost, but donations are encouraged. the display heats the house to about 85 degrees.
