minute. your odds of wiinning came to one- in 259- million. >> the man that fell off the san mateo bridge last week is behind bars this morning. this is video from our helicopter partenership with a-b-c seven news of the car being towed away police say xaiver jarrell mcclinton and his wife were having an argument when he tried to drive the car into the bay. when that failed, mcclinton tried to throw his wife off the bridge. when other drivers saw the struggle, they stopped to help and managed to grab his wife by her legs and save her from falling into the water. but mcclinton fell into the water and was later saved by the alameda county fire department. district attorney steve wagstaff says mcclinton never showed any signs of agression or paranoid behavior until 2 weeks ago. he started thinking that people were going into his house to kill him. mcclinton and his wife share 3 children together and

after surgery, the teen bled, experienced cardiac arrest and later was declared brain dead. tuesday morning, the mother of jahi mcmath made a public plea to let her daughter stay on life support despite being declared brain dead. yesterday afternoon.the family attorney announced with the help of a cease and desist letter, children?s hospital in oakland has decided to give the family time to decide what's next for jahi. family members say physicians outside children's hospital reviewed a brain scan performed in the morning and it showed no brain activity. but the family says that is no reason to remove her from live support. >> i'd feel that my daughter is trapped in her own body. i told her that i would not let them take her. >> the family attorney admitted if jahi is removed from a ventilator she will die, but for now her mother believes her daughter is alive and she's holding out for a miracle. >> it has been a very difficult time for classmates of jahi. these are the playgrounds,

just finished shopping at the mall at short hills sunday night when two men approached the couple in a parking garage, shot friedland in the head and drove off in his ranger rover. the suv was recovered the >> accused l-a-x airport gunman paul ciancia . was formally indicted on murder charges on tuesday. a federal grand jury issued 11 -felony counts, including murder and attempted murder. 23-year-old paul ciancia is accused of killing a t-s-a officer. and targeting two others. during the november 1-st shooting. the indictment calls the shooting - "an act of terrorism" . and says, ciancia committed the crimes after substantial planning. if convicted, the 23-year- old could face the death penalty. >> los angeles residents might be the first to encounter police officers equipped with a new on-body camera. the police commission president says that 30 l-a- p-d officers in central area, which covers downtown, have volunteered for field tests.

to follow the developing news out oakland where a 13 year-old girl will not be taken off life-support. this is despite another brain scanning yesterday that showed that she is actually brain dead. kron4 will tran is live and from a children's hospital in oakland with the very latest. >> while she was having test performed, her family got an attorney and the attorney came here insert a letter to the hospital for them not to take her off of life support. here is a picture of the 13 year-old. in a perfect world, she should have been home the very next day. she even talked to her family but for whatever reason she began to spit out

blood and had a heart attack. if she has been unconscious ever since. >> her family stated that they did not want to take her off of life support because they want to do everything that they can. i had a chance to speak to her mother and this is what she had to say. >> she is still alive to me. she still has a heart beat. i talked to her and she is just not dead. when you think of something day, you think of something being cold and not pleasant to the eye. she is very warm, soft it is just like she is sleeping. i told her that we were fighting for her and that i would never stop fighting for her. >> she will continue to be here and we're not sure if this is in definitely but

line >> welcome back. attorneys have a wave to oral arguments on an appeal by dr. conrad murray of his involuntary manslaughter conviction for michael jackson's death. murray's attorney and filed letters with the court waiving arguments unless justices have specific his attorney says the decision was made because both sides had filed extensive papers laying out the grounds for the appeal and why prosecutors believe it should be denied. murray was convicted in 2011 of giving jackson a fatal dose of the anesthetic propofol. he was released in october after serving two years in jail.
