navorro bowman returned an interception 89 yards for a game-clinching touchdown with 1:10 remaining to give the 49ers a 34-24 victory over atlanta. the falcons had just recovered an onside kick and were at the san francisco 10 when tramaine brock broke up a pass intended for harry douglas. bowman got his hands on the ball and took off to ice the 49ers' 11th victory. >> that was the best player that i saw a football game. it was the best birthday

>> welcome back. a man who died after a fight at an antioch bowling alley has been identified. the coroner's office says he's 41-year-old kelvin smith of vallejo. police say he was found unresponsive at the delta bowl after a fight at the bar inside. the suspect later turned himself in -- and was booked on homicide charges. >> petaluma police are are on the lookout for thieves stealing packages off porches and items from cars.

>> welcome back. an american man remains in jail in the united arab emirates. he's being punished for creating a you-tube parody on teenagers in dubai. as sara sidner reports, he's now accused of posing a threat to national security. >> everyone from the family to the hollywood media and the governor has been pushing to get resolution. a lot of people are scratching their heads. there were tears among his family. they are confused. they sentenced

this american to present time and a fine. one year in prison and a $10,000 fine. this amounts to about $27,000. they have already served nine months awaiting a verdict and the family is hoping that this sentence will include time served. it was not make clear and the men were sentenced under cyber crime laws. that put together an amateur sham that was supposed to be funny about life in dubai. clearly, they did not find this funny. the judge convicted them for. >> the family stated that they hoped that that would be free and be home by christmas. that is not likely to happen.

>> welcome back. target is still trying to recover from a huge security breach. just as christmas shopping hits its peak. hackers stole debit and credit card information from millions of shoppers. j.p. morgan chase-- the nation's largest bank-- has temporarily put limits on the customers potentially affected. chase clients who shopped at target between november 27th and december 15th can now only withdraw 100 dollars a day from a-t-m's. and their daily cap on spending is now 300-dollars. some customers in california have already filed what could become a class-action lawsuit against target. at least one lawsuit was filed in san francisco. this, as people are asking why the problem wasn't noticed sooner. i'm"they purchased six gift cards worth 200 dollars and, as the person in the bank told me, they went for the seventh and it was denied because i didn't have enough. i just think that >> 40-million credit and debit card accounts are now considered compromised. target says it's working with the secret service and the department of justice to

investigate. target is offering affected customers free credit monitoring. >> target is still trying to recover from a major security breach of credit card and debit card information -- belonging to its customers. but the latest fallout from credit card companies is creating a new problem as christmas shopping hits its peak. george howell has the story. >> some last-minute christmas shoppers may be frozen in their tracks because of the massive security breach at target. j.p. morgan chase-- the nation's largest bank-- has temporarily placed limits on those customers potentially impacted by the hacking. chase clients who shopped at u.s. target stores between november 27th and december 15th can now only withdraw 100 dollars a day from atms, their daily total spending now capped at 300 dollars. with 40-million credit and debit card accounts now considered compromised-- irate customers took target to task online.

eastridge mall in san jose. this is video from our helicopter partnership with a-b-c-7. police say it was a smash and grab robbery at a jewelry store. the suspects have not been arrested. kron-4's jeff bush has details >> according to police a robert smashed one of these cases and made off with state amount of merchandise. they stated no one was hurt but as you can imagine it left employees shaken. >> the portion of the mall that is connected was closed down so that eight investigation could take place. a detector was still on scene several hours after. you can see that the store is weight with them mall and the robber ran out of the store and down the mall to escape. he has yet to be apprehended. after the
