performed a medical procedure it should be a facility that will except a deceased person on a ventilator. >> the judge looked the family and i and stated that he was sorry but she is brain dead. there is unfortunately no amount of hope or prayer and that could bring her back. >> the family wants to preserve any chance that she has of recovering. the family has suffered. >> "comfort the hearts of the comfort through prayer. that was what friends and supporters hoped for jahi's family last night at an oakland church. even after a fundraiser for the teen there was canceled. the "give jahi a chance" event at the church of all faiths planned to help raise the 20-thousand dollars jahi's family believed would be needed to airlift her to another

coverage of the 49ers. they will visit the green bay packers sunday in an nfc wild-card game at 1:40 p.m.. >> new this morning. an ambulance has been recovered after it was stolen in daly city. this is video from the scene. it happened last night during a 9-1-1 call. the vehicle was recovered about a half hour later. unattended and undamaged. missing from the ambulance. police are still looking for the thief this morning. >> a fire truck and a mercedes collided in downtown san francisco sending two people to the hospital. one of the injured was a firefighter on board the rig at the time of the crash.the other an occupant of the mercedes. several streets around the intersection of 5th and howard were closed down while the wreckage was cleaned up yesterday. the hook and ladder truck which seemed to be leaking

decision not theirs. i had a chance to speak with the hospital's attorney and information has came out. many people want to know what happened. this surgery has been performed to plenty of times. and they have not had this problem. here is the attorney. >> there has been a great deal of misunderstanding. we cannot discuss any thing. it was a very complex surgery, this is something that the hospital, the state, they have to make a determination about what really occurred. >> the step that seemed overwhelmed and exhausted. i wanted to know if there was
