ten miles of visibility. and 580. as we head into the afternoon it will be a sunny day but a hazy sunshine. we'll start off with another spare the air alert. and down in the south bay. we will continue with the warm up. and 65 degrees expected in hayward. low 60s for san francisco. and we'll see mid-to-upper 60s along the delta. in terms of the forecast, we will condition with the trend. we could break some records as we head into the weekend. and i would not be surprised if we have a few more spare the air alerts. mild on monday. partly cloudy and perhaps showers as we head into next tuesday and perhaps wednesday. that's something that i will monitor all the rain models not quite in agreement on whether or not we'll see the rain next

week. fingers crossed on that. and details in a couple of moments. it is crazy if you have to leave and go to work, a lot of people on the roadway. and you will be in good company. it doesn't look too bad when i cross it, we saw a lot of traffic especially coming from i-580. and the lights are off. you will see more traffic as you approach san francisco especially right around hospital curve. keep that in mind. and the bridge in san mateo and golden gate 23 minutes into the city. we have a lot of accidents out there. most of them are not going to affect you a lot of them are minor in nature but we have a cig alert. and 580 currently shutdown you will need to find another ramp.

this is no longer impacting the freeway if you are on 580 you will see we have a couple of incidents sprinkled throughout the south bay. 680 approaching 101. we have a week on its side. that has been moved over. the new one popped up. 101 to 280. we have a vehicle on its roof. there could be injuries involved. they are responding to the scene. a developing story a child has died after car hit as family in the tenderloin district. you can see the police officers on the scene t hit the mother and children a girl died on the scene and the mother and the other child were taken to a hospital. the mother is in critical condition. no word on the condition of the

other child. drugs and alcohol are not considered a factor. new this morning a mother and toddler injured when a car hit them it happened and the 19 year old mother and her baby were taken to the hospital. a third victim was hurd but not seriously. and cooperating. other news a battle over the constituent care for 13 year old jahi mcmath is continuing between children's hospital in oakland and the teen's family. the family got a wish this week. the family said they have enough donations and a facility that to transport her and it is what is holding her back. we have more. >> they are setting up.

this is an suv it is now being classified as a fatal accident. so the coroner has to head to the scene, the police have to do an investigation so expect that on ramp to be closed for the foreseeable future. down in the south bay we have an accident there as well. the on raff ramp is shut con. injuries are reported and there were six people in the car. we have a share of uns dints around the area. drive with caution. more on that fatal accident. a woman is killed when her suv rolls over in the east bay. this is at the park the ramp to westbound 580. and police couldn't know what caused the crash but the woman lost control of her suv and crashed. she died at the scene.

traveling on 580 westbound. the crash that happened park street finally clears. the ramp is open. there are no delays on the city streets. and a minor crash wrapping up, that's blocking a lane. and a nice smooth trip through richmond and into berkley. no problems heading into san francisco. >> and on to a developing story a child has died after a car hits a family in the tenderloin district. and the car hate mother and her children. as you can see investigators on the scene taking measurements. one of the kid as girl died on the scene. the mother and other child were taken to the hospital. the mother this morning is listed in critical condition. and drugs and alcohol are not considered factors in the accident. >> from san francisco to fremont.

details that we told you about. the mother hit by a car carrying her baby across a roadway has died from her injuries. investigators say the 19 year old was with her -- another teen and holding her son. and she crossed the parkway just before 10:00 last night a man driving south hit all three of them. the mother and infant were rushed to the hospital where she died. the baby has life threatening injuries. the 17 year old girl with them was hit but not hurt as badly. police are looking for witnesses to the accident to help them piece together the details. i said 3 year old i meant 3 month old. >> and other news the battle over the constituent continues between children's hospital oakland. the family got a wish this week. and they are fighting against

more on the accident out of oakland a woman is killed when her suv rolls over in the east bay. this is at the park on ramp to westbound 580. police don't know what caused the crash but they say the woman who was driving lost control of her suv and crashed. she died at the scene here. police have not released her name. if you are hopping on bart you will have to pay more than you did last year. starting today the fare hike will average an extra 19 cents per ride. a new control system. and improvements to a facility that will support future expansions. muni increasing the price of the 1, 3, 7 day passes. the price for each will go up 1 dollar today. when it comes to new year's eve there is the concern that someone overindulged and gets behind the wheel of a car.
