a criminal investigation could be in the works this morning in the jahi mcmath case. as the 13-year-old lies in a children's hospital oakland bed on life support. a court order is keeping jahi on a ventilator for a few more days. the teen suffered complications after tonsil surgery. and several doctors have declared she's now brain dead. children's says the family is holding on to false hope. the family says the hospital is holding up the process. to get jahi to a place that will heal her. >> she is the victim. our family is the victim. it is not fair and it is kroll for them to try to us tell the story is a children's hospital is the victim. >> the family attorney created a very sad hope for this girl. she is not alive, she is deceased by every law and the state of california. >> jahi's uncle says a new york facility is ready to
