night to an undisclosed facility. kron 4's will tran has been following this story for weeks and joins us now with the latest developments. >> they have mold her to a disclose location. here is picture star of her. she was at the hospital for nearly a month. everything appeared to be fine and she made it through surgery. she had a heart attack and at least three doctors and declared her dead. her family refused to believe it. she responded and they believe that she is in a process of healing and is continuing to hill this morning >> and the family instead she is not dead. we had a chance to speak with the family attorney and this is

what he had to say about the case. maligned the hospital stated that the hospital is unreasonable because that would not let go of the dead body. >> this was a person, this is a person. this is her family. if it is on ethical to give somebody hope that what do we do, shut down the charges, the schools, isn't that what hospitals are supposed to do. >> the family was so everytime, they kept stating the body, the body. they stated that it was not just the body but after she was released, the hospital sent out a statement. a short while ago the body it was released by children's hospital and released her body to the custody of the mother. as per court order,

in union city. even though this is on the shoulder, it is one the ride, down from hayward. there was an accident in san jose. there was a motorcycle crash there was blocking the left-hand lane. it is backing up traffic heading out of downtown san jose. >> the time is 6:31 a.m.. new this morning. a biotech a burglary by men wearing surgical masks. fremont police are just not releasing information about the crime that happens on monday. investigators say a janitor walked in all two men who broke into the building. she locked herself in office and called 911. police from the men had broken through a window. we have not heard exactly what was taken in the burglary.

for airlines and passengers as weather concerns stalled traffic plans across the country. hundreds of travelers campout over the weekend hoping to get moving again by this morning. the blizzard conditions in icy temperatures slammed the midwest and northeast and kept airlines from getting back to speed. >> not only do they need to get their plans up but there are many people-as we have this storm that is hitting chicago that is causing over 50 percent of flights to be canceled to and from zero here. travelers over the area are all seen this impacts. >> according to jet blue, it is not just the weather caused some problems but airline officials say it is also pilots rules, designed to avoid pilot fatigue resulting in what they say
