seen this man now a person of interest near south 26 and east antonio streets and san jose when the fires happened. two of suspicious fires have been reported in that area since wednesday. firefighters say whoever is starting them use ordinary materials like newspaper and cardboard. they're asking people who live nearby to clear dead vegetation and any flammable materials from their yards. and offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to an arrest and conviction and these are some fires. >>darya: new details on the data breach with luxury retailer neiman marcus. a spokesperson for the company says it's working with the secret service to try and catch the hackers who stole some of the customer's credit card information. the information was compromised around the time thieves got a hold of target shoppers information. neiman-marcus won't say just how many customers may be

new video this morning out of chicago. rescue crews on the icy chicago river trying to say several people who fell in overnight. a man dropped his cellphone and when he wants to try and catch it he fell into the water. two of his friends went in after him to help. divers could only stay in the water for a few minutes at a time they say the ice on the water made the search difficult. rescuers found the two men in one of them died before divers could get to him. the other is in the hospital. a woman is still missing this morning and presumed dead. >>james: having eyes on weather and traffic right now. will start with more on your forecast with erica. >>erica: good morning erica.
