"you get basic training in every police academy, every officer and then depending on the job assignment that you hold in a law enforcement agency you get additional training in 2012 all of our personnel under went active shooter training which involves building searches and clearing rooms" "our detective unit had been involved in approximately 18 probation, follow up probation searches last year"
