happened last thursday. this was in chinatown. he was at is grandmother's house where they stay and he and his older sister got into some type of altercation and he was upset that she put bleach on his clothes. they are not saying how he got its hands on this gun or who it belongs to but he fired one shot at his sister and she died. he took off, they never recovered the handgun which is why they considered him armed and dangerous. >> here is the pitcher of the sister. not only was she the older sister, she also has a three year old child. the investigation continues and according to the turning who is well-known in the bay area. he stated that mario was overwhelmed by what happened and that he is glad that he turned himself fan. prosecutors have 48 hours to decide what they're

believe that the fire may have been deliberately set. they are looking at a video taken off from several locations around the facility. police say that an employee heard a loud explosion this morning- that's the morning of the fire, and a flame sparked in stock pile of metal recyclables shortly afterwards. >> walnut creek police have arrested three people in connection with a kaiser parking garage robbery. 20 year-old shaina day and two teenage boys were arrested yesterday. they are accused of robbing a kaiser employee. it happened a week ago and hospitals parking garage on south main street. police say that one suspect was armed with a knife and another with a bat. >> we could get a verdict
