more importantly the younger brother and a reason why he is here, his family stated that once the services are done could he be in attendance. the judge stated yes. she was shot and killed in downtown oakland back on january 23rd. her younger brother was at home and the police department has not released a motive. the younger brother shot his older sister over laundry. he believed that she poured bleach on his clothes. after the shooting, the younger brother left the area and they never recovered the handgun which is why they considered him armed and dangerous. last week, he and his family walked into the

police department where he turned himself said. right now, he is in juvenile hall and he will be here accompanied by a parole officer and after this is done he goes back there. >> the judge, stated that he is a minor and he will be tried as a juvenile in this case. >> >> new this morning, san jose state university is taking an important step to try to change the culture on campus, after four white students allegedly terrorized their black roommate. kron4 mike pelton has details from san jose. >> after four white students

on loose this morning. police need your help to track him down. these are video surveillance pictures taken from the wells fargo branch on paseo padre park way in fremont. a man walked in and handed an employee a note demanding money. the suspect is described as a black man in his late 20s, 5 ft. 10 with a thin built. he was wearing a black knit bethe inning with a white bandana underneath, a hooded sweat shirt and an orange a on the chest of his jeans. >> of rates in napa and on line as national tv anchor, uses a controversy so inflammatory hastag while discussing the killing of three year old kayleigh slusher of napa. cnn's nancy grace used them hashtag

bridge, highway 92, this is a great commute in the volume is up a bit. we are looking at 13 minute drive time with no delays. the counter flow commute is a little heavier than usual. >> the toll plaza, the richmond center felt bridge is an easy ride with no backups. we will update your drive time through the east, still justice 16 to 18 minutes drive time for the east shore freeway from burhercules to berkeley. 580 westbound through alta mount pass is also looking good. the drive time is up to 28 minutes. the south bay freeway is looking good. the north bay ride is still under 25 minutes down to the golden gate bridge. >> some bizarre behavior

from a fresno man who got into a fight with a police officer in downtown palo alto. ryan goodson was arrested yesterday afternoon. police got several 9-1-1 calls about a suspect being in someone's backyard and a man seen jumping through a glass window at a business on university avenue. when an officer tried to stop goodson, the two got into a struggle. with goodson trying to get to the goodson was later tackled to the ground. two officers were also injured but are expected to be o-k. >> a newborn baby is missing this morning, after he disappeared from his bassinet in wisconsin. kayden powell was born just last weekend. yesterday morning, his was gone. his bassinet kayden's grandmother says her daughter was planning to move out of the state with a relative, her newborn and kayden's father. police have arrested a family member on an unrelated charge. she had baby clothes in her car. >> she was going to move her
