>> pam: the north bay has been getting pounded with rain over the last few days. one of the spots with lots of sand bags in evidence -- mill valley. these are businesses along miller avenue.on the way into the downtown area. there was a lot of rain in a short time this weekend. a taco shop and a bar.were among the places with sand bags at the door. there was also some road flooding. kron four's scott rates is live in the north bay. he has the latest from mill valley. scott? >> reporter:bay area water districts. welcoming the rain. here is a look at the direct impact on our water supply. >> reporter:marin county was the luckiest. nearly 15 inches of rain fell at its lagunitas reservoir. other the weekend, marin's total reservoir storiage went from 53 to 64 percent of capacity. >> reporter:ebmud, the east bay municipal utilities district, says its total reservoir capacity is up two points to 74 percent. >> reporter:in the south bay, not much rain and only a tiny improvement. >> reporter:the santa clara valley water district says its reservoirs are up just one tenth of a percent. now for the state's big reservoirs: lake shasta, the biggest, is
