disturbing video from late last month. a passenger on bart is tased by bart police. not just once. but twice. the man was reportedly defying police orders to leave the train. and now we know the man in the middle of the incident. which is raising questions about how it was handled. his name is robert asberry. he was arrested and released on the same night -- january 29th.

came of it after that. the victims say school officials merely ordered garza to stay away from them. but someone leaked the story to the media, and it made headlines in 1994. the newspaper article you see here does not name garza. it states that cathedral high school put the accused teacher on administrative leave. after the incident made the paper, garza left cathedral. the students say they were shunned by some of their classmates for driving away a popular teacher. i felt like people looked at me, like i had created

this. those in charge at cathedral high when the incidents took place have since died. the current administrators there had no comment. because both incidents happened across state lines the victims say the fbi was brought in. peter and john both remember being interviewed by a federal agent but as far as they know the case wasn't persued. the fbi said without any sort of proof you can't just say hey you caught him
