convicted felon and a sex offender. he also was sought to a woman and a police officer. according stated that after his arrest, he escaped custody and has been staying in homeless shelters. the fbi warned that he can become a pilot. >> people have to be aware that he worked in the hotel business, last day and literally hit to be righted her front door. we do not mean to alarm you but this is something that you should be aware of if you're hiring people to do work. >> he is 5 ft. 7 in. with a brown hair. he has a son of burst tattoo. they tell us that he has used many different names and he has also given a variety of ages.

>> shocking video out of central tennessee this morning. those are lightening strikes hitting downtown nashville. as a strong line of storms moved across the area. thousands of people are without power in the region. hail was also reported in some areas. r >> lightning could be to blame for this day care fire in northern mississippi b'rith no one was inside the house since learning center at the time, everyone left justified minutes before the lightning hit the building. they are very lucky. you can see just how extensive this damage was. >> today. federal officials are set to announce how much water they can release though rivers, canals and reservoirs. farmers in the central valley have low expectations. last year, some farmers received 20 percent of what is considered normal. and left many fields unplanted. the farmers have been complaining that while they are only receiving 20 percent of their water. endangered fish are receiving 100 percent of

>> welcome back. here are the top stories on kron 4 dot com right now: a former tribal leader is in custody after allegedly opening fire and killing four people in alturas. the police chief says sherrie rhoades critically injured two other people in a gun and knife attack. this was during an eviction hearing at an american indian headquarters. one of the victims is the tribal leader. and the youngest victim -- a 19- year-old girl. when rhoades ran out of ammunition. she grabbed a knife, and stabbed someone else. no word on the motive behind the attack. linea 15 year old boy out of new mexico is accused of killing his 12 year old friend after an argument over a baby.
