all in mourning for it happened around 730 last night 3 here's our picture of a firefighter grid he was ordained with the tractor. his tractor goes over an embankment about 200 ft.. were not exactly sure how he was notified to get help or somebody sought but nonetheless, his body was finally removed last night and there is video of that. he saw fire fighters protest and as they got word they all rushed out. we are trying to get reaction from stunned colleague spirit we know his the with the berkeley fire department for years if not decades. and again this is a very sad time especially when a lot of berkeley firefighters are handing over to fresno due to the other two officers were killed in a line of duty.

calls are mounting in ukraine to put yanukovych on trial, after a tumultuous presidency in which he amassed powers, enriched his allies and cracked down on protesters. here in san francisco. at least 100 people gathered over the weekend in support of anti-government protesters in venezuela. they wore white to show solidarity with the opposition movement. the group organized by "s-o- s venezuela" marched across the golden gate bridge. the protestors say they want to raise the public's awareness of what's going on in the politically divided country. according to the organization's facebook page, they plan events worldwide to bring attention to the quote " violence and corruption taking over the country."

officials say yanukovych arrived in crimea yesterday and relinquished his official security detail then drove off to an unknown location. a warrant is out for yanukovych and several other officials suspected in mass killings of civilians. calls are mounting in ukraine to put yanukovych on trial, after a tumultuous presidency in which he amassed powers, enriched his allies and cracked down on protesters. one person was injured in a home invasion robbery over the weekend in concord. police received a call about the robbery on via doble near highlands park. when they arrived, the occupants of the home say three suspects entered the home and robbed them. and that two of the three suspects had guns. all three suspects are described to be hispanic men in their 20 and 30's. the person injured suffered minor injuries and was transported to the hospital. no people sufferend major injuries when there car was struck by an amtrak train over the weekend.

flipped over during a high speed test over the weekend in concord. the incident happened at buchanan field yetserday afternoon. the world war one replica aircraft was on a taxiway when it flipped over. firefighters quickly got it back on its wheels so the plane would not catch on fire. the plane did sustain major damage. the pilot was the only person on board at the time and walked away with no injuries. concord rescue crews responded to a plane crash at a private airport today. kron 4's alecia reid brings us the scene and the latest on the pilot's condition. emergency services rushed to buchanan field airport after this world war one replica aircraft flipped over during a high speed test. a san francisco community is once again being warned about poisonous meatballs targeting pets. kron 4 first told you about this story when it happened last year. poisonous meatballs have now been found in the twin peaks and diamond heights neighborhoods. the meatballs are laced with rat poison.

after pet owners called police, animal control found at least 21 contaminated meatballs. animal control says there could be more of the deadly meatballs out there and they are encouraging people to keep a close eye on their pets while police try to hunt down who is responsible arizona legislators have passed a very controversial bill. it allows business owners with strongly held religious beliefs - to refuse service to people who are gay. supporters say, it protects religious freedom. but critics say. it simply allows discrimination against the gay community. the arizona legislator who helped create the bill says. that is not the intent. and here's a live look outside.bay bridge approach. in livermore, temperatures today.
