this is right under near the intersection of stockton ave. you can see this water underneath is bridge and officers tell me that it was as deep as 4 ft.. this has caused all types of problems for drivers, take a look at these pictures. this is just before 4:00 a.m. and 11 driver, thought was a good idea to go through this and they became stuck. in total, two cars needed assistance. bowater has subsided. you concede public works crews have blocked off this intersection between stockton and all time. they tell me that the cause of the problem is because this pump station to the left where the yellow light is
