this trial when she said a man aggressive police started groping her from behind. he came out of nowhere from behind her and attacked her at that point the teenager froze and the man ran away. she was able to get away in contact the police. >> there is a lot of people will walk in the neighborhood no one has come for to say since they were a witness to this attack. we would definitely like to hear from anyone that it's a witness for who have since put in this situation. >> reporter: obviously police are looking for help your creek they will not

that came down on highway nine early wednesday about four miles south of felton. not a redwood but rather a big douglas fir tree.perhaps a hundred feet tall. growing up there along the right of way for the roaring camp and big trees railroad, the three to four foot diameter fir lost it's grip in thetracks and rolled down the mountain onto the pavement below. at the same time, about 10 miles north, highway nine was closed just outside boulder shotcreek where another tree, it too perhaps weakened by the recent wind and rain, broke loose and took out a key power line. circle of friends pre school and gillian davis were among as many as 400 p.g. and e. customers who lost their electricity for a time. >> hopefully my boss would not be too upset.

scene - as a tourist captured it on camera. it happened on daytona beach tuesday. what you can't see -- three children were inside that van. frantically screaming for help. they're all under 10 years old - and one witness says they were saying "our mommy's trying to kill us." people came running over and managed to get the children out.but couldn't believe what was happening. you see the woman here.walking away. >> they had kept going deeper and shrieking close its floor and we saw a kid saying help us >> catherine: when two of the children were rescued -- they told people that there was still a baby inside. >> catherine: the mother never said a word.and just kept walking. it now turns out - she'd been interviewed by police just hours earlier as part of a mental evaluation -- but was released. the 31-year-old is now in a florida hospital. only moments after all three children were taken out of the van -- it was hit by a huge wave and partially submerged.
