>>: breaking news out of san francisco, word of a water main break on waller and visit zero streets in haiti. it happened around 5:00 this morning grid of a kron4's jacki cecil. >>: i met haight and scott street about a block from that wahl work area where the water actually came from. unspent over to the left. it's slightly over the hill. we have some video of what it looked like when that water main actually broke about a little over an hour ago. thousands of gallons of water came pouring through the streets. they got a shot off within 45 minutes or so. i drove past passing. i didn't see any crews working on it. obviously they have the water shut off. it doesn't look like it cost any real severe damage out here. there are a couple cars that say they have water up
