interstate 580 in the westbound coming through the alta mount pass. it is slow coming out all the livermore and his bride should be 10 to 20 minutes but when you add it, it looks as though they are clearing the crash and it has been moved over to the right lane. this is why there's still a delay but thankfully this is the only problem. the metering lights were not even activated last checked. >> there is breaking nils out of san jose for a building is on fire on minnesota and curtis ave. will tran has just arrived. >> we have learned that this building is eight church. it started at about 5:30 a.m.. there is still a lot of smoke coming out from the structure. they came out here to maintain the fire.

they are worried that the hot spots could go below or above grounds. it looks like they have a good handle on this and they expect this to be handled within 15 minutes. they're trying to continue to make process. this place was shut down and that is why once this is under control they will have investigators come out to find out what the causes. you will see a lot of firefighters on the scene. so far we have seen a lot of cars coming go and police officers are having very little patience telling people to turn around and they they cannot come down. i am costing at least six and seven fire trucks. i will have another update and for now, there are no injuries to the building or people in the area. >> san jose firefighters

year earlier, the fire protection district is strapped for cash and they have had to shut down fire stations so clearly they have their hands full. >> our developing story this morning. the search for the missing malaysian airlines flight 3-70. officials in australia say nothing significant has been spotted so far by search planes flying deep into the southern indian ocean. five planes were sent out looking for possible debris from the missing airliner. the search is expected to continue today. the best lead yet was two objects picked up by satellite about 15-hundred miles southwest of perth, australia. malaysian officials now say they're preparing for a deep ocean salvage. its now been two weeks since the aircraft disappeared as it was travelling from kuala lumpur to beijing. with 239 people on board. >> a 30-year-old woman was killed in a late-night shooting in richmond.

spreading the word about what they're calling the largest nationwide phone scam ever. officials say more than one- million dollars has been stolen from thousands of people. the calls involve an i-r-s impostor who will say you owe taxes that must be paid with a pre-paid debit card or wire transfer. authorities say the scammers threaten arrest, deportation or loss of a business or driver's license for those according to the inspector general, real irs officials typically reach out by mail first. they also don't demand immediate payment. the i-r-s asks anyone who has received one of the phony calls to report it. >> it is getting a little easier for people with lower credit scores to borrow money to buy homes again. for the first time in years, some small lenders are now offering some of the prime mortgages to borrowers who pose a higher credit risk. typically people with credit scores below 640. but now,
