he says he is experiencing some pain in his leg. >> a shelter in place has been lifted in palo alto after police surrounded a home where a burglary was in progess. the incident started around 6-30 last night at a home on ames ave. the home owner returned home and found signs that someone had broken into the house. she quickly left the house and called 9-11 from outside the home. when police arrived and talking the resident, they heard a door slamming from the inside of the house. police used loud speakers to tried to get the suspect or suspects to come out of the house. after getting no response, they sent in the swat team and found their was no one inside. >> hundreds of people may be waking up late in san carlos this morning because of a power outage. pg&e says the power went out about--2:15

a.m. this morning for about 700 customers. crews are working to find a cause and that will get the power back on. they expect the power to be restored to those 700 within an hour about 5:00 a.m.. >> coming up the kron4 new is. officials tell family members the malaysia air lines flight the passengers are most likely dead but the families insist that there is more to be done. >> the nsa is done with listening in on america's calls. president obama hopes so. >> if you fall asleep on caltran there is a shot that the conductors will not wake you up. that might lead you on the train. kron4 will talk to caltran officials to find out why this is happening.
