he says he is experiencing some pain in his leg. >> a shelter in place has been lifted in palo alto after police surrounded a home where a burglary was in progess. the incident started around 6-30 last night at a home on ames ave. the home owner returned home and found signs that someone had broken into the house. she quickly left the house and called 9-11 from outside the home. when police arrived and talking the resident, they heard a door slamming from the inside of the house. police used loud speakers to tried to get the suspect or suspects to come out of the house. after getting no response, they sent in the swat team and found their was no one inside. >> hundreds of people may be waking up late in san carlos this morning because of a power outage. pg&e says the power went out about--2:15
