but it is not causing any major delays. 92 is a nice commute as you work your way through 101 and the nimitz freeway. it is less than 12 minutes heading to foster city. it is a nice ride across the richmond san rafael bridge. one trouble spot on city street and-a- share wrapping up a fatal crash where a car hit a pedestrian in the 2:00 a.m. hour. all lanes are closed on middlefield. you have to use el camino real. >> james: a fire in san jose sunday afternoon injured two firefighters and destroyed an old television station. the five alarm blaze started around 3 at park avenue and montgomery street. one firefighter suffered from minor burns during the operation.while another was treated for exhaustion. at one point.the fire was so strong it started its own wind storm.

killed a female suspect armed with a baseball bat outside of her apartment over the weekend. the incident happened yesterday afternoon around 4-50. officers received a call of a female suspect threatening herself. when they arrived, she appeared at the front door of the apartment and attacked the officers with an aluminum baseball bat two officers, who feared for their safety, shot at her. the suspect died at the hospital. the identity of the suspect or officers involved have not been released. >> anny: coming up on the kron4 morning nils. the ntsb says the witnesses were wrong about what they saw. that is the latest findings in the bus crash that killed 10 people. >> no sign of the pauses for almost a week in the search for the missing malaysia an airliner. crews are sending in the sub, which will have

arrested on sunday at los angeles the 24-year-old was detained by police around two yesterday afternoon. police say smith became "belligerent" after he was randomly selected for a secondary security screening. then before walking to the gate, authorities say smith told a t-s-a agent he had a when police caught up to him, they say he became uncooperative. and that's when he was taken into custody. smith was booked on one count of false report of bomb threat. >> james: the 49ers released a statement yesterday regarding smith's arrest. it says quote: "we are disappointed to learn of the incident today involving aldon smith." ".as this is a pending legal matter and we are still gathering the pertinent facts, we will have no further comment." >> james: smith's legal troubles don't end there. he is also facing three felony charges for possessing illegal firearms. smith's attorneys were in court friday for a hearing in that case. they will be back in court

later this month to consider >> anny: raymond 'shrimp boy' chow is back in court this week to enter his plea. he is expected to plead not guilty and request his release on bail. all the defendants were in court last week. they heard that addition charges and defendants could be coming. the government says they will have an updated indictment in the next 90 days on thursday the judge will discuss how evidence will be turned over to defense attorneys in preparation for trial. >> anny: a motorcyclist was killed over the weekend after after colliding with a car on top of the light rail train tracks in milpitas. the accident happened yesterday morning around 9- 45 at the intersection of great mall parkway and thompson street. the motorcycle collided with the car right over the v-t-a tracks and police had to shut down light rail service around the great mall/main street train station for several hours. the driver of the car did not want medical treatment. >> james: a suspect is in

custody after a stabbing at a jack in the box in pleasanton. jazmine vasquez was arrested yesterday afternoon after she was identified as the attacker. police say vasquez allegedly stabbed an employee multiple times in the back and neck. then they say she took off on foot. the employee was finally able to set off a panic alarm half an hour after he was stabbed, alerting police. >> james: police are looking for a shooter who injured two people in daly city. one person is hospitalized and another injured after both were shot early sunday morning. police found the pair on skyline drive near westmoor avenue. investigators say one of the victims sustained life threatening injuries.

like this accident happened right in the center, it was a little too graphic, i did notice a shoe. it does not appear that they're searching for anyone at the time but we do know that it was a man, his name has not been released. the coroner's office have taken the body away. they will notify the family before their release his name. there was a car, i did i get a chance to speak to the investigators. they're working on sending a spokesperson to talk to. it appears as this car was the middle of the road, it was not going anywhere and this car was not an officer's car, a civilian. this car drove away, presumably, that might have been the person behind the wheel. we are waiting for more information. you can see right behind me middlefield road is very busy, right now

it is still open for business. >> anny: another pedestrian has been hit again in san francisco. the latest incident happened near the intersection of geary and gough streets. according to police, it was just before three-pm sunday-- when a silver lexus traveling on geary struck a witnesses say the man was transported by paramedics. still, no word from police on the severity of the man's injuries. police say the driver remained on the scene and cooperatied with investigators. >> james: their has been another reported attack of a google glass wearer in san francisco. this time ,a 20-year-old man says a woman came up to him and smashed his google glasses to the ground while he was walking to a bart station. the man and his friend chased after the woman, but did not catch up to her. >>
